HUG Talks 

HUG is the beloved Geneva Hospital or Hôpitaux Universités Genève in Geneva, Switzerland. They are rising as one of the top hospitals and research centers on the planet. With attention to quality, innovation, service, and responsibility ~ visiting the hospital is a big HUG in Healthcare.

HUG: Hello, please tell us more about your art and music?

Exorcista: Yes, I am a Singer, Musician, and Contemporary Artist. I am primarily in the Genre of Noise, Electronic Music, and Goth. My latest release is AI Wounded, which expresses AI/IRL/Beyond. And, currently I am working on some art work for the World Wildlife Fund also known as the WWF.

HUG: And where were you born and grew up?

Exorcista: I was born in Detroit, Michigan at Grace Hospital down the street from Hart Plaza. I lived in Detroit until I was in my teens and then lived in California until I was in my 20s. I was always going back and forth from California to Michigan. At the age of 23 I then moved to the UK to further study Art and Electronic Music. I began touring more when I came to the UK like around Europe and Asia. Definitely the earth is my home and grew up everywhere. It’s been fun and awesome! Lots of amazing friends, food, nature, and culture! Lots of fun parties too!

HUG: And how about your family and growing up? Do you have any brothers or sisters?

Exorcista: I was raised Catholic and both sides of my family are also Shamanic. So, it was really fun to experience that – like church every sunday, epic music, delicious food, eating from our exotic Philippines gardens, being so close to nature, climbing trees, yea really beautiful growing up in Michigan, and I loved being so close to the heart of Detroit literally feeling the pulse of techno and electronic music, art, the people, everything!

But yea no brothers or sisters, I am the only child.

HUG: Where did you begin your Art Training?

Exorcista: I have always loved Coloring Books, Drawing, and Painting as a child. I then had my first Artist Residency in 1991. Afterwards, I studied painting with Maher Marcos in California and began to prepare my portfolio for University at the Royal Oak Community College back in Michigan. And in 2006, I finally completed my BFA and BA Honours in Visual Communication with my final works in Contemporary Art & Music.

And, now continue my doctorate research and hope to finish up sooner than later.

HUG: Can you tell us more about your thoughts on the hospital?

Exorcista: Yes, I use to have a fear about hospitals because I was afraid of Diseases, Dying, and Death. That is why I did not continue previously to become a doctor at Oakland University in Michigan. Finally, I had the beautiful experience to give birth to my daughter here at HUG with the Sage Femmes, I was invited to begin my doctarate at The Geneva University of Art & Design, and also became more mature as a Shamanic Witch and so, I understood more about Love, Science, and Metaphysics. I felt so much better and now I am so happy to be able to help everyone heal and facilitate better Sound Healing, Art Therapy, and Vegan Workshops.

My favorite hospitals and facilitators are HUG Hopitaux Universités Genève, Bhaktivedanta Hospital, The Tree of Life Centers, and my main Hospital in Michigan.

In the end, I have always had a love for playing doctor with my dolls and teddy bears. And, I love caring and helping persons and animals. But, yes I had to overcome alot of realities when it comes to being an actual doctor like getting in all my school work, residencies, and research in! YEA, EPIC LOLz!

HUG: And how about Dr. Gabriel Cousens and Raw Veganism? Who is he, what is Raw Veganism, and your formations in Natural & Alternative Health?

Exorcista: I am the student of Boris Lauser from The Tree of Life. So, I love teaching the works of Dr. Cousens. Raw Vegan Food is not only delicious and a beautiful natural way of life, but also some of the basic foundations to help Heal and Cure Diseases. Dr. Cousens is a former professional Football Player, the author of many incredible international books such as Spiritual Nutrition, Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, There is a Cure for Diabetes, and many more. I absolutely recommend his works, you can also join his active online community, and add all of us to help you on your journey.

HUG: Tell us your experience with the Sage Femmes HUG please?

Exorcista: Yes, I love the Sage Femmes HUG. I had my Vegan Vegetarian Natural Birthing with them. They really help you and your partner to prepare for the birth of your baby, anything you need for your pregnancy, and general information about women’s health. I had a very empowered birthing and because of this my daughter and I continue to stay so close and bonded for life.

The Sage Femmes HUG are so knowledgeable about Vegans and Vegetarians. The Doctors and Nurses prescribe Biologique Food and Evian. They are also very knowledgeable about Herbal Medicine that they prescribed for me. And they are absolutely experts on the Female Body, which made me very comfortable and confident about this natural and beautiful process of life.

With their love, care, and support I continue to heal quickly from the birthing in 2010. I have had several Postnatal care services and doing so much better. I especially love the HUG Art & Music Facilities and Therapy of course.

HUG: And what about your daughter? How is she doing?

Exorcista: My daughter is doing really well! She is so cute, she has a bunch of new piercings like her belly button and nose, and she is really amzing at doing nails. She is also a professional volleyball player, she was a dancer before that, and has been able to get some piano and music in as well. She is really busy with alot of German homework and exams those days.

We are always so happy to see each other on the weekends and catch up considering we both go to school all week. And, of course we share tons of yummy vegan vegetarian meals together! Always a perfect way to end the week off after so much work, studying, and exams!

HUG: So, you are Vegan? Can you please tell us about that?

Exorcista: I have been Vegan Vegetarian most of my life and really committed to it when I was 13 years old. Vegan Hardcore Punk & Music was a big influence as well as my commitment to my Spiritual Path having been ordained as a Catholic and also living at a Japanese Buddhist Temple. And, you know Philippines has an amazing lineage of tropical fruits, vegetables, and cuisine ~ so, it’s all quite yummy and easy like this. 

I really like to eat biologique veganic local in-season fruits and vegetables. And, now it’s autumn so my daughter and I really enjoyed a beautiful vegan stew with pumpkin and fresh baked bread for the equinox. We also had plenty of wine, chocolate, and cookies of course. And, daily also eat alot of greens and just try to eat pretty balanced meals at least three times a day like everyone. I crave Philippines & Indian food alot. And, of course we are in Europe and so, I eat alot of European food by default. 

Veganism goes way back, so it’s not some trend, but deeply rooted in the history of humanity with Jains, Hindus, and the possibilities from when we were all in harmony, peace, and love on earth in the beginning of time. I am a great believer in this and continue to research how advanced past civilizations have been. And, in retrospective how according to some of my research – we now live in the most advanced civilization there has ever been!

Yes, I really recommend it and now there is a big rise in Plant-Based foods making it easier and more fun. With technology and ai – vegan and plant-based food are so accessible and delicious! It’s indeed all about love, going back to paradise earth, and caring for each other on a very deep level.
